How do I shop on the Lagomel website?

You can browse products on https://www.lagomel.com, review product photos, specifications, finishes, dimensions, and installation details, then add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before placing your order, please confirm that the product specification, finish, quantity, billing information, shipping address, and contact email are correct.

Do I need to register an account to shop?

You do not need to create an account unless the checkout page specifically requires it for a certain feature. Creating an account may make it easier to review order history, save contact details, and manage future purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

What information should I check before placing an order?

Please carefully verify the product model, finish, size, installation requirements, quantity, recipient name, email address, phone number, and full shipping address. Lagomel is not responsible for delays, re-shipment costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing and has not been shipped. Please email support@lagomel.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Address changes are not guaranteed after the order enters processing or ships. For fraud prevention and payment security, we may request verification before making certain address changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link in the email or visit the Order Tracking page if available on the Site. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Why have I not received my order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address entered at checkout. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the email address used at checkout was correct. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@lagomel.com with your name, order details, and payment date so we can help locate your order.

Can Lagomel refuse or cancel an order?

Yes. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inaccurate information, product or pricing errors, unusually high quantities, delivery restrictions, or other issues that reasonably prevent fulfillment. If payment has been captured and the order is canceled by us, we will arrange any required refund to the original payment method.

What payment methods does Lagomel accept?

Lagomel currently accepts major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, subject to payment provider availability and approval at checkout.

What currency are prices shown in?

All product prices and transactions displayed on the Site are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion, foreign transaction, or payment processing fees depending on your location and payment method.

Are taxes included in the product price?

Applicable taxes, such as sales tax or VAT, may be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with local requirements and checkout settings. International orders may also be subject to import duties, customs fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Transactions on the Site are protected using encryption technologies during transmission. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Sensitive payment information is handled by third-party payment processors, including Shopify Payments and PayPal, in accordance with their security standards.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined because of incorrect card details, billing address mismatch, bank restrictions, insufficient funds, payment provider verification, suspected fraud screening, or network issues. Please review your payment details, try another accepted payment method, or contact your bank or payment provider for more information.

Will refunds be returned to the same payment method?

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval, although the time for funds to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

What should I do before starting a chargeback or payment dispute?

If you experience an issue with your order, product condition, delivery, return, or refund, please contact us first at support@lagomel.com. Starting a chargeback may delay our ability to resolve the matter directly because the payment provider may place the transaction under review.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do Lagomel orders ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in China. Delivery is completed through trusted international logistics partners and local carriers depending on the destination.

What is the order processing time?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days are generally processed the same day, while orders placed after that cutoff are processed on the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?

Lagomel offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required, where shipping is available at checkout. If any paid shipping option, expedited option, surcharge, or special handling option is offered at checkout, the cost will be displayed before you complete your order.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–8 business days for North America, including the United States and Canada; 7–14 business days for Europe; and 5–8 business days for Oceania. Actual delivery time may vary because of customs clearance, flight delays, local logistics, remote-area delivery, weather, public holidays, or carrier conditions.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address during checkout to reduce the risk of delay or failed delivery.

Which carriers does Lagomel use?

Orders may be shipped through trusted international logistics partners and local delivery providers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, USPS, and local postal services. The carrier used for your order depends on the destination, product, shipping route, and logistics availability.

Will I need to pay customs duties and taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Lagomel does not control these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance before placing an order.

Why has my tracking not updated yet?

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after your package is dispatched. During international transit, tracking may also pause while the package is between carrier facilities, awaiting customs clearance, or being handed to a local delivery partner.

What if my package is lost?

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@lagomel.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the tracking information and investigate the issue with the carrier where applicable.

What if my package or product arrives damaged?

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

What happens if a package is undeliverable?

A package may be returned or delayed if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, if customs duties or taxes are refused, or if there are multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts. Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent. Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is Lagomel's return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, labels, and proof of purchase. Return requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

How do I request a return?

Email support@lagomel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos or videos where applicable. All returns must be authorized in advance with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send the item back.

Do I need an RMA number?

Yes. Unauthorized returns, returns sent without an RMA number, or returns sent to an incorrect address may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender. Please wait for written return instructions from Lagomel before shipping any product back.

Where should I send my return?

Do not send products back to the original sender address, package label address, manufacturer, or warehouse address unless Lagomel gives you written return instructions. The correct return address may vary depending on the item, destination, and return reason.

Which items are not returnable?

Non-returnable items may include installed, used, modified, altered, or damaged products; items missing original packaging or accessories; products damaged by improper installation or misuse; customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products; and promotional, clearance, final-sale, or discounted products where the product page states that the item is not returnable, unless otherwise required by law.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item shipped by us, a verified product defect, or damage that occurred before delivery and was reported within the required timeframe. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.

Are original shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, route protection fees, handling fees, and similar service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error. If your order received complimentary shipping, there is no original shipping fee to refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. We generally complete inspection within 3–5 business days after receiving the return. Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, a prepaid return label, a refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Can a return be rejected after inspection?

Yes. A return may be rejected if the item is used, installed, damaged, missing components, materially different from the approved return request, outside the return window, or otherwise ineligible under the Refund & Return Policy. Where permitted by law, reasonable costs may be deducted or the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges & Warranty

Do you offer direct exchanges?

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, finish, size, specification, or model, please request a return for the original product if it is eligible and place a new order for the desired item. Placing a new order does not guarantee approval of the original return.

Do my products come with a warranty?

Yes. Eligible Lagomel products include limited warranty coverage for the original purchaser under normal residential use. The main structure is covered by a 3-year limited warranty, surface finish by a 2-year limited warranty, and functional components and accessories by a 1-year limited warranty, subject to the Warranty Policy.

What does the warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. If a defect is confirmed, Lagomel may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, repair the product, or replace the product.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning tools, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, modification, unauthorized repair, commercial use unless agreed in writing, force majeure events, or claims by anyone other than the original purchaser.

How do I claim a warranty if my product has a quality issue?

Please email support@lagomel.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. Return authorization may be required before sending any item back. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

How long does warranty support take to respond?

For warranty-related requests, we aim to respond within 2–3 business days after receiving the necessary information. Complex claims may take longer if additional photos, videos, inspection, carrier information, or technical review are required.

Will Lagomel cover shipping costs for warranty claims?

Return shipping responsibility depends on the case. If a defect is confirmed under warranty, reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed where applicable. Please contact us and wait for instructions before shipping any warranty item back.

What are Lagomel products primarily made of?

Lagomel products are primarily designed for kitchen and bathroom use and may include durable metal components, surface finishes, coatings, cartridges, hoses, seals, and accessories depending on the specific product. Because materials and components vary by item, please review the product page for the most accurate product-specific information before purchase.

Will product color or finish look exactly like the website photos?

We make reasonable efforts to display product photos, finishes, and colors accurately. However, color may vary slightly because of monitor settings, lighting, photography, production batches, and natural reflections from metal or coated surfaces. Please review all available product images and descriptions before placing an order.

How do I clean and maintain my Lagomel products?

Clean the product regularly with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap when needed. Dry the surface after cleaning to reduce water spots or mineral buildup. Avoid harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasive powders, scouring pads, steel wool, and other abrasive cleaning tools, because they may damage the finish and may affect warranty coverage.

Can I use chemical cleaners on the surface finish?

We do not recommend harsh or abrasive chemical cleaners. Strong acids, alkaline cleaners, bleach, ammonia, descaling chemicals, and abrasive tools may damage coatings, plating, seals, and finishes. If you are unsure whether a cleaner is safe, test only according to the cleaner manufacturer’s instructions and avoid prolonged contact with the product surface.

Should I hire a professional installer?

For plumbing-related products, installation should follow the product instructions and applicable local plumbing, building, and safety requirements. We recommend using a qualified professional installer if you are not experienced with the product type. Damage caused by improper installation may not be covered by return eligibility or warranty coverage.

What should I do if parts are missing?

Please contact us at support@lagomel.com with your order number, product name, photos of the package contents, and a description of the missing part. Please contact us before installing the product so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution where applicable.

Are product dimensions and specifications guaranteed to fit my space?

Product dimensions and specifications are provided to help you assess compatibility, but you are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for your space, plumbing configuration, countertop, sink, cabinet, or installation environment before purchase and installation. If you are unsure, consult a qualified installer before ordering.
