01. Website Use and Eligibility

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial shopping purposes, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You must be at least 18 years old, the age of majority in your place of residence, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

We may refuse service, suspend access, cancel orders, or remove content if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused the Site, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to update it when necessary.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly at support@lagomel.com. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

03. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, promotions, and availability accurately. However, typographical errors, image variations, color differences caused by device displays, stock changes, or other inaccuracies may occur.

All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Product availability, prices, promotions, and shipping eligibility may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, limit purchase quantities, reject or cancel orders, and discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

04. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. We may require payment authorization, fraud screening, address verification, product availability confirmation, or other checks before accepting and fulfilling an order.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where the order contains inaccurate information, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing or product errors, unusually high quantities, delivery restrictions, or other issues that reasonably prevent fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where required.

05. Payments and Billing

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method shown at checkout. We currently accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments and payments through PayPal, subject to availability and payment provider approval.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and contact information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full credit card number on our servers. 06. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times displayed on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and all orders are shipped from our manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in China.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping where available at checkout, but delivery availability and estimated timeframes may vary by destination. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, flight disruptions, remote-area logistics, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. 07. Order Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing and has not been shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to change or cancel it.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method, although the time for funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

If you experience an issue with an order, delivery, product condition, or payment, we encourage you to contact us at support@lagomel.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

08. Warranty and Product Use

Lagomel provides a limited warranty for eligible products as described in our Warranty Policy. In summary, the main structure is covered by a 3-year limited warranty, surface finish is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, and functional components and accessories are generally covered by a 1-year limited warranty, subject to the exclusions, claim requirements, and limitations stated in the Warranty Policy.

Products must be installed, used, cleaned, and maintained according to product instructions and applicable plumbing, building, and safety requirements. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning, unauthorized repair, commercial use unless agreed in writing, normal wear and tear, or events beyond reasonable control may not be covered by warranty.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, page layouts, interface elements, and other materials, is owned by Lagomel, Hong Kong Light Shadow Limited, or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us or through the Site, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

By submitting user content, you grant Lagomel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, display, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating, improving, marketing, and supporting our products and services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may remove or decline to publish user content at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, products, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lagomel, Hong Kong Light Shadow Limited, and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, service providers, and licensors from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of unlawful or infringing user content.

17. Consumer Rights and Regional Protections

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, withdrawal right, cancellation right, privacy right, or other legal right that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the laws applicable to you, including where relevant laws in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, or other jurisdictions provide mandatory protections.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-excludable legal right, the non-excludable legal right will prevail to the extent of the conflict. Your rights may vary depending on your location, the nature of the product, and the circumstances of the transaction.

18. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform any obligation where the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or public health events, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, customs delays, transportation disruptions, carrier failures, government actions, power outages, internet failures, payment network disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting one another in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, except where applicable mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

20. Severability, Entire Agreement, and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Warranty Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and purchases from Lagomel. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or operation of law, provided that your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
