At Lagomel, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping services to customers around the world. Please review the information below for details on order processing, delivery times, and shipping policies.
01. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or due to high order volumes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment facilities in China.
02. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
*Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, flight delays, or local logistics conditions. Shipping availability and delivery estimates for your location will be displayed at checkout.
03. Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
04. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted international logistics partners, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, YunExpress, USPS, and local postal services.
05. International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Lagomel has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information before placing your order.
06. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, flight delays, carrier disruptions, or local logistics conditions.
If your order is delayed, please refer to the tracking information first. You may also contact us if no tracking update appears for an extended period.
07. Package Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
08. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lagomel.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Lost in Transit
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
09. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
11. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lagomel is not responsible for re-shipment costs or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
