Warranty Policy

Lagomel, operated by Hong Kong Light Shadow Limited, is committed to providing quality kitchen and bathroom products. This limited warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

01. Warranty Period

Lagomel warrants to the original purchaser that products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the following warranty periods.

02. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. All claims are subject to inspection and verification.

During the warranty period, Lagomel may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace defective parts, or replace the product.

03. Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or issues resulting from the following circumstances.

  • Improper Installation: Installation not following instructions or local plumbing codes.
  • Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear of consumable parts such as washers and O-rings.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or modification.
  • Force Majeure: Damage caused by events such as fire, flood, earthquake, freezing, or other events beyond reasonable control.
  • Unauthorized Repair: Repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.
  • Non-Original Purchaser: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Commercial Use: Commercial installations are not covered unless explicitly agreed in writing.

04. Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days after receiving your request.

  • Contact customer service at support@lagomel.com.
  • Provide your order number or proof of purchase.
  • Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Return authorization may be required before sending any item back.

Return shipping responsibility depends on the case. If the defect is confirmed under warranty, reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed.

05. Resolution

If a defect is confirmed under this warranty, Lagomel may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, repair the product, or replace the product.

Liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement only. Lagomel shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

06. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on the Site.
