Do my products come with a warranty?+
Yes. Eligible Lagomel products include limited warranty coverage for the original purchaser under normal residential use. The main structure is covered by a 3-year limited warranty, surface finish by a 2-year limited warranty, and functional components and accessories by a 1-year limited warranty, subject to the Warranty Policy.
What does the warranty cover?+
The limited warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. If a defect is confirmed, Lagomel may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, repair the product, or replace the product.
What is not covered by the warranty?+
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning tools, normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, modification, unauthorized repair, commercial use unless agreed in writing, force majeure events, or claims by anyone other than the original purchaser.
How do I claim a warranty if my product has a quality issue?+

For plumbing-related products, installation should follow the product instructions and applicable local plumbing, building, and safety requirements.
